At ACM Creations, we want every order to feel calming, smooth, and enjoyable. We understand that shopping online can come with questions, so we’ve created a clear and supportive return policy to help guide you gently through the process.

CLOTHING SIZE RETURNS – 30 DAYS
We know that sizing can sometimes be tricky, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your clothing.
You may return clothing items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.) within 30 days if the size does not fit

Conditions for Size Returns:

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

Exchanges or store credit may also be offered

Please note: Clothing with custom personalization does not qualify for size-based returns (see below).

CUSTOMIZED CLOTHING – FINAL SALE
Customized or personalized apparel has a different return policy because these items are made uniquely for you and cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed.

Custom Items Are Final Sale
Custom clothing cannot be returned or exchanged for:

Design changes

Custom Items CAN Be Replaced If:

The item arrives defective

The item arrives damaged

The customization is incorrect due to our or the manufacturer’s error
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will take care of the replacement.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS – 7 DAYS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to fix it quickly and kindly.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace or refund items that are:

Broken or damaged

Print errors or manufacturing defects

Incorrect items received
We may ask for clear photos to help process the replacement.
In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS – FINAL SALE
Because digital products are accessible instantly, they are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
If you experience download issues, email us and we’ll be happy to help.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not entered production.
Once production or printing begins, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
To help keep our policy clear and fair, the following items cannot be returned:

We always aim to make things as simple and supportive as possible.

COLOUR & PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Because many of our items are printed on-demand:

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen brightness and printing processes

Minor variations in design placement, stitching, or material texture may occur
These variations are normal and not considered defects.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears lost, please contact us.
If tracking shows:

Delivered but not received:
We will guide you through checking with neighbours, your postal office, and carrier investigation. -
Stuck in transit:
We will help file a support claim and may offer a replacement depending on carrier outcome.
Claims must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
