Before I became a mom, I thought healthy routines were all about discipline.

Then I had kids.

Now I realize healthy routines are mostly about survival.

Every morning starts the same way.

Someone can't find their shoes.

Someone else suddenly remembers they needed cupcakes for school.

The dog wants outside.

There's a lunch sitting on the counter that still needs an ice pack.

Someone is yelling, "Mom!"

Usually from another room.

At least three times before I've even had coffee.

And somewhere in all of that...

I'm supposed to remember to take care of myself too.

One Small Thing That Made My Mornings Easier

I wasn't looking for another wellness product.

I was looking for one less thing to think about.

The Invisible Job of Being Mom

There are so many parts of motherhood that nobody really prepares you for.

Not the diapers.

Not the laundry.

Not even the lack of sleep.

It's the mental load.

Remembering appointments.

Signing permission slips.

Knowing everyone's favourite snacks.

Keeping track of birthdays.

Making grocery lists.

Ordering more toothpaste before someone announces we're completely out.

Helping everyone else remember everything...

while trying to remember your own things too.

As a therapist, I know how much invisible mental work we carry.

As a mom...

I live it every single day.

There have been mornings where I honestly couldn't remember if I'd taken my vitamins already.

Not because I didn't care.

Because my brain had already been pulled in twenty different directions before 8:00 a.m.

That was becoming frustrating.

Not because I wanted a perfect wellness routine.

Because I wanted one I could actually stick with.

The Wellness Industry Makes It Sound Easy

Scroll social media long enough and you'll find someone telling you to:

Take these supplements.

Drink this smoothie.

Add these greens.

Track your protein.

Meditate.

Journal.

Stretch.

Walk 10,000 steps.

Get eight hours of sleep.

Practice gratitude.

Some days I laugh.

Not because those things aren't good ideas.

Because they assume I'm operating with unlimited time and unlimited brain space.

Most moms aren't.

We're fitting life into tiny pockets between everything else.

So when something actually makes life simpler...

I pay attention.

Why I Decided to Try IM8

What caught my attention wasn't the celebrity endorsements.

It wasn't the marketing.

It was the idea of simplifying my routine.

Instead of remembering several different bottles every morning...

IM8 combines vitamins, minerals, probiotics, superfoods, adaptogens, antioxidants, amino acids, and electrolytes into one daily drink.

For me, that sounded like exactly what I needed.

Not more.

Less.

The Biggest Difference Wasn't Physical

People often ask if I noticed some huge dramatic change.

Honestly?

The biggest difference wasn't how I felt physically.

It was how much easier my mornings felt.

Instead of standing in the kitchen trying to remember what I had or hadn't taken...

I had one simple routine.

Water.

IM8.

Coffee.

Carry on with my day.

That might not sound exciting.

But when you're juggling work, parenting, appointments, laundry, school emails, and trying to remember your own name...

simple feels pretty amazing.

Being a Mom Means You Deserve Easy Too

One thing I've really been working on is letting go of the idea that taking care of myself has to be complicated.

Sometimes we think self-care has to mean spa days or elaborate morning routines.

Sometimes self-care is simply removing one decision from your day.

One less bottle.

One less reminder.

One less thing competing for your attention.

That has value too.

And honestly?

I think moms deserve more of that.

A Little Laugh for Fellow Moms

If you're currently reading this while wondering where someone's water bottle disappeared to...

Or you've been asked to find something that was literally in front of them...

I made something you'll probably relate to.

I recently created a Relatable Mom Coloring Book filled with funny, everyday moments that every mom seems to experience.

Because sometimes we need reminders that we're not the only ones living this beautifully chaotic life.

Who Might Like IM8?

You might appreciate IM8 if:

✔️ You're a busy mom.

✔️ You already take multiple supplements.

✔️ You struggle to stay consistent.

✔️ You value convenience.

✔️ You're trying to simplify your mornings.

✔️ You want one less thing to remember.

Ready to Simplify Your Morning?

If your mornings feel anything like mine, you're probably not looking for perfection.

You're looking for practical.

That's exactly why IM8 has become part of my routine.

Not because it's another thing to do.

Because it actually replaced several things I was trying—and often forgetting—to do.

Final Thoughts

Motherhood is already full of enough decisions.

Enough responsibilities.

Enough invisible work.

If something can genuinely make life feel a little simpler, I'm interested.

For me, IM8 wasn't about creating the perfect wellness routine.

It was about creating one I could realistically maintain.

And these days, I'll choose sustainable over perfect every single time.

If there's one thing you'll learn about me, it's that I love finding things that make life feel a little easier.

Whether that's a travel essential, a parenting hack, a cozy self-care find, or something that simply makes me think, "Why didn't I know about this sooner?"

I'm grateful you're here and I hope you found something helpful.

Wishing you comfort, calm, and a little less overwhelm wherever life takes you.

Ashley 💛
